Courses are offered completely asynchronously in eight-week sessions, allowing you the flexibility to complete your coursework at any time, from any location. Courses are delivered via the Blackboard learning management system, a dynamic platform that will enhance your learning experience and sense of community with classmates. Students can begin the program at the start of any eight-week session, providing you the opportunity to begin earning your graduate degree several times throughout the year.

- Implement best practices framed around the Teacher Leader Model Standards (Teacher Leadership Exploratory Consortium)
- Excel in instructional and school leadership roles
- Conduct classroom research and advocate for change in their schools

- Personalized academic advising
- Support from Financial Aid, Career Services and Rod Library staff
