Courses are offered entirely online using dynamic platforms including Zoom video conferencing and Blackboard. The curriculum integrates Core Courses, Systems Engineering Emphasis Courses, and a two year capstone project. Courses are sequenced to mirror the progression of a system from concept development through lifecycle application.

To be eligible, students must have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technology field
- 6 credit hours of college mathematics or statistics-related content
- 6 credit hours of college physics and/or chemistry and biochemistry or other science-related content
- 15 credit hours in a major technical field
- 8 credit hours in supporting technical subjects
- A minimum cumulative undergraduate grade point average of 2.75.
Our graduates are prepared to:
- Succeed in leadership positions such as managers, supervisors, trainers, and administrators.
- Proficiently perform leadership functions in areas of cost, research and development, and project management operations.
- Serve in positions across various industries including: aerospace, manufacturing, energy, healthcare systems, defense, and large‑scale infrastructure and information systems.
