BAS students are permitted to transfer in courses equivalent to Categories 1A (writing), 1B (speaking), and 1C (math). No other classes can be applied to fulfill the UNIFI general education portion of the BAS degree. 

Students who have not taken a course equivalent for Categories 1A, 1B, and 1C must satisfy these categories prior to graduating from UNI with a BAS degree.
