When I found the UNI 2+2 program, I loved the idea of knowing I could continue working, during the majority of this program. I was working at my home district's before and after school program, and I wasn't a big fan of the idea of moving away from home. Even though it's online a lot of students in my cohort hold similar positions, allowing us to understand each other's situations. This program helped me reach my goals in that I didn't have to choose between school and work. I could take what I was learning in classes and apply it to my time in the elementary schools. I've been able to prioritize my time and find a schedule that works best for me. I love this program. It has given me a lot of practice and experience that is needed in teaching.
