COMM 4120 - 40DJ Inclusive Leadership in the Workplace

The purpose of this course is for students to cultivate inclusive leadership knowledges, skills, and dispositions. As such the course blends reading/discussion with hands-on application and case studies. Students will be expected to describe the key concepts of inclusive leadership and apply how those concepts can be used to address different issues/problems/contexts. Prerequisite(s): junior standing.
