SLS 6290 - 60 Practicum in Elementary School Libraries

Experience in the function of elementary school libraries including effective planning, teaching, assessment, and collaboration across the areas of children's literature, digital and information literacies, emerging technologies, inquiry based learning, and the integration of National School Library Standards. Special consideration is given to learner development, diversity, and differences. Prerequisite(s): SLS 6223 or written consent of instructor.
