   Faculty Profile

Dr. David “Schmiddy” Schmid is in his sixth year of full-time teaching and serving as Program Coordinator after 17 years in residence life. He appreciates bringing his experiences to the student affairs students and looks forward to the relationships that will be built. Research will continue to take on a greater role than ever before, in addition to a focus on effective teaching strategies, outstanding advising, and organizing many of the programs processes. In his spare time, Schmiddy enjoys playing games with friends, listening to music, and reading.
