SW 4200 - 02 Field Instruction

Field instruction provides a learning experience in a community setting where the student has the opportunity to integrate classroom learning into practice, to develop skills in interpersonal relationships and intervention techniques, and to participate in the role of social worker. The minimum required clock hours are 400 and the class is credit/no credit. Credits are limited to 10-12 for Summer semester field experience. Prerequisite(s): SW 1001; SW 2091; SW 3185; SW 3192; SW 4164; Declared Social Work major; minimum UNI and Cumulative GPA of 2.50; senior standing.
