NUR 3120 - 01 Concepts of Geriatrics
This Course will focus on the care of the Older Adult. The student will analyze their own attitudes toward caring for older adults. Students will examine issues and trends related to the health and quality of life of older adults at the local, national, and global levels; and, they will contrast normal physiologic changes of aging with changes related to acute and chronic illness/injury. Prerequisite(s): NUR 2500; NUR 3000.
