CRIM 4300 - 60 Wrongful Convictions
This class explores the variety of ways that innocent people can be convicted of crimes they did not commit. We will consider problems that can occur in the investigation and prosecution processes and we will consider the steps that can be taken to reduce or eliminate these problems. Prerequisite(s): SOC 1000 or SOC 1060; CRIM 2022; junior standing.
