CRIM 3500 - 60 Advanced Criminal Procedure

This course draws on social science research to explore the gap between the law on the books and the law in practice. This course will cover major areas in American criminal procedure like search and seizure, Miranda rights, and the right to counsel. Prerequisite(s): SOC 1000 or SOC 1060; CRIM 2022.
