CRIM 3228 - 02 Mental Health and the Criminal Justice System
Critical examination of issues related to mental health within the criminal justice system. This course will consider both the ways that individuals with mental health issues are disproportionately likely to have contact with the criminal justice system as well as the ways that the criminal justice system impacts mental health of individuals. Prerequisite(s): SOC 1000 or SOC 1060 or CRIM 2022.
