This course focuses on the recruitment, retention and development of an organization's most important resource....its people. Discussion and readings will cover what distinguishes top talent from mediocre talent and what makes an organization an employer of choice. Leadership, conflict management, negotiations along with other important management differentiators will also be covered. Prerequisite(s): admission to the Bachelor of Applied Science in Managing Businesses and Organizations major.
